Non-Disclosure Agreement NDA

Before providing a vendor with any confidential information of TFA, please make sure that you have a Non-Disclosure Agreement NDA in place with the vendor. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to any of TFA’s business or marketing strategies, upcoming product plans, security infrastructure and protocols, and information about TFA’s employees or customers. We ask that vendors sign our template NDA, which available here.
